Senda

  • Alles, was du schreibst, wird in deinem Senda-Verlauf aufbewahrt.

Welcome to Senda.

Senda is a self-reflection tool to help us grow through the challenges that life brings us. It's built on the work of Robert Kegan, the Harvard developmental psychologist who pioneered the research on how adults keep growing, and on older wisdom about how people change. It doesn't give advice, and it never puts you in a box.

Senda is in beta: young and imperfect, and still shaped week by week by what members tell me; there's a button in the menu for exactly that. Senda works best when you bring it one real moment — something recent that involved you and left a feeling behind. The smaller and more specific, the deeper it can take you. Big questions and long-running patterns are welcome too — but Senda will always ask you for the moment they live in.

  • Everything you write is kept in your Senda record. You can delete any conversation, or everything, whenever you like.
  • Your words reach the AI that composes each reply (a version of Claude, by Anthropic, deeply adapted to Senda's method), and are never used to train it. It never receives your name unless you type it into the chat yourself.
  • I cannot see or read your conversations; they live on your device. The only exception is if you choose to send me a finished conversation with the button for that purpose, found in the Footprints tab. Those help me improve Senda, but it's always your choice.
  • Senda isn't therapy or crisis support, and it is for adults, 18 and over. Some things deserve a human being: if you are in crisis, reach for someone you trust, your doctor, or your local helpline (findahelpline.com).

Thanks for joining me on this early part of the journey.

Your PathExperimental

Moments in life that transformed you.
Your Path
Tell me about an experience that shaped you.
One of the ones that made you who you are.
It's kept.
One more thing
Not a memory, this time.
Where are you standing now? A few lines about your life as it is today. Whatever comes.
The path is made by walking.
I have it. All of it. It's kept.Your path is being laid. This is its shape so far. It's yours to walk.
